Family Concert - Classics in Two Languages!
Conductor William Schrickel and narrator Manny Laureano, Principal Trumpet of the Minnesota Orchestra, continue the Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra’s long-running tradition of back-to-back, hour-long Family Concert (2 PM and 4 PM) with a new twist—following the 2 PM performance of Prokofiev’s beloved Peter and the Wolf in English, the 4 PM performance will be in Spanish! Bring the entire family to hear Copland’s dazzling El Salon Mexico and Falla’s hypnotic Ritual Fire Dance in addition to Pedro y el Lobo.
